All conference events take place at JW Marriott Indianapolis, 10 S West St, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204. Located in central downtown, this hotel is just 15 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport; walking distance from the Indianapolis Amtrak station; and moments from downtown's most coveted attractions, including White River State Park, Lucas Oil Stadium, Victory Field, and more.

Room, board, transportation, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

JW Marriott Indianapolis is accepting room reservations at the special conference rate* of $215 per night for Innovations Conference participants and sponsors. This rate will be offered from three days before to three days after the conference dates, based on availability. The Innovations Conference guest room rate includes complimentary access to the fitness center, complimentary standard wireless Internet in guestrooms for Marriott Bonvoy members, and a 15% self-park discount. A 15% self-park discount is also available to daily drive-ins associated with this event.

  • Deposit Policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged for one (1) night’s room and tax.
  • Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged if a participant/sponsor checks out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date without having notified the hotel by 12:00 midnight the day after check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
*Guest room rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxex/fees, service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.

CUT-OFF DATE

The cut-off date for accepting reservations at the discounted conference rate is 4:00 PM EST February 20, 2026. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability.

WARNING

Help keep conference costs low by booking at the conference hotel. The League pays a penalty when rooms in the pre-negotiated block are not used, and these penalties could result in higher fees for future conferences.

Reservations are to be made online using the custom reservation portal. By booking your room through this portal by 4:00 February 20, 2026, Innovations 2026 participants/sponsors are guaranteed to receive the discounted room rate. There are a limited number of guestrooms available for the rates quoted above.

DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM with companies such as Convention Expo Travel or Convention Housing Services. These companies often contact conference participants directly and advise that they officially represent the conference. These companies are IN NO WAY affiliated with the Innovations Conference or the League. The League is not responsible for reservations made with these companies.

Visit the airport website to find information about rental cars, ride share, public transportation, taxis, etc. The conference hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.
