Welcome, Innovations presenters! The 23rd annual Innovations Conference incorporates ideas and initiatives from four conference tracks into the broader goal of encouraging and facilitating student and organizational learning through innovation, experimentation, and institutional transformation. Your participation at this virtual event represents your dedication to the future of education.

*Please note: Some session types and conference topics were changed during the review process. In addition, presentation titles and descriptions were edited for League style.
- Confirm their intention to present the session(s) listed in the draft program at the 2021 Virtual Innovations conference;
- Submit their prerecorded sessions (if appropriate) by the deadline indicated below;
- Register for the conference;
- Pay for registration according to the payment, refund, and cancellation policy;
- Inform the League in writing of any session corrections, presenter changes, or if you are no longer able to present; and
- Affirm that they (1) own or otherwise have the right to use the content presented, and (2) have the right to give the League consent to publish the presentation.
Failure to meet this deadline will result in session(s) being removed from the schedule.

If you are presenting a session with a prerecorded video (with or without live chat), the video file is due to Joe Kline no later than February 17. If you need technical assistance with your video, contact Joe Kline.
Prerecorded Video File Requirements
- File types: .MP4, .MOV, .WMV, .FLV
- File size: <100 GB
- Title character limit: 60 (including spaces)
All presenters are required to register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Those from League Board and Alliance institutions receive a registration discount. If you have registration questions, please contact Judy Greenfield at 480.705.8200, x200.
Neither honoraria nor expenses are provided to presenters.
Paying for Registration
Credit Card: Please have the correct credit card billing address available if you plan to use a credit card to pay for event registration. When you register and pay by credit card, you will receive an email invoice that serves as your receipt.
Check: If you select the Pay by Check option, the email invoice can be forwarded to your college’s business office for payment. You may also log onto our website to access and/or pay open invoices in the My Account dropdown menu.
Registration must be paid in full* by January 31, 2021. Registration after January 31, 2021, requires full payment by credit card.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds minus a $100 cancellation fee will be issued after the Innovations Conference for cancellations received in writing (e.g., email, post) by January 31, 2021. Registration fees for cancellations received after January 31, 2021, will not be refunded; however, access to the live event and on-demand content will be available.
If your registration is not paid in full* by January 31, 2021, it will be cancelled, and you will receive a cancellation notice.
*If mailed, check must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2021.
The 2021 Innovations Conference will take place over four days starting at 9:00 AM on Monday, March 1, and ending at 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 4. The schedule provides a big picture view of all activities taking place at the conference. The downloadable conference program is available here. Your session(s) will be featured on the virtual conference platform and in the program to allow for maximum exposure.
