National Workforce Acceleration Engine
CWS is home to a National Workforce Acceleration Engine, aligning industry, education, and states around high-demand career pathways. Through structured Industry Leadership Groups (ILGs) and Education Leadership Groups (ELGs), CWS co-designs fast-track, stackable, employer-validated training programs that move learners into high-demand jobs at scale. Its operating platforms include My Future America (MFA), state-based workforce ecosystems, and industry-specific hubs. Five industry areas are the inaugural focus, and programs have already launched in Aerospace & Defense and Construction; the remaining three industries in the initial plan are Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Cybersecurity/IT.
