*Completion of the 2025 Executive Leadership Institute requires attendance at all activities, including those in the evenings, during both the December 2025 and January 2026 institute dates.

Application Fee

A $200 nonrefundable application fee, payable by credit card only, is required to complete your ELI application. The payment is made during the online application process. Purchase orders and checks are not accepted for this fee.

Qualifications

A minimum of three years of experience in senior-level administrative positions, such as vice chancellor, vice president, provost, dean, or equivalent, at a two-year college is generally required.

Required Documents to Accompany Application

You will need to submit a résumé and two letters of recommendation as part of the application process. See the ELI Application Packet for important information about specific requirements for these documents.

Tuition

Tuition includes a welcome reception, breakfast and lunch each day, all-day break stations, and dinner on the last night of the in-person portion of the institute.

  • Board members: $2,750
  • Alliance members: $2,945
  • Non-Alliance members: $3,200

Tuition payment is due by November 5, 2025.
Refunds minus a $250 cancellation fee will be issued for registrations cancelled in writing by November 5, 2025. Tuition fees for cancellations received after November 5, 2025, will not be refunded. Executive Leadership Institute participation may be deferred for one year only.
