The League AI Fellows Program is a premier six-month interactive professional development experience designed exclusively for professionals at community and technical colleges who are charged with leading AI initiatives at their institutions. This program equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and network to drive impactful AI adoption, foster innovation, and enhance community engagement across institutions. The League is pleased to partner with Strategies by Design on this program.

With four full cohorts in process, we are now opening Cohort V, set to begin February 10, 2026. Additional cohorts will be announced soon.

  • Laser coaching focused on your challenges
  • Hot seat coaching for real-time support and feedback

Collaborative Projects

Design and implement a capstone AI initiative:

  • Develop and pilot generative AI tools.
