Quality Improvement Project for Nurse Educator Best Practices
The project addressed quality in simulation by implementing faculty training and a simulation template. Simulation training for faculty was developed by the team. A valid and reliable tool, Facilitator Competency Rubric, was administered pre- and post-implementation. Benefits include improved faculty proficiency and self-confidence, streamlined work, adherence to professional standards, and promotion of participant psychological safety.
