Pathways, Possibilities, and Innovation Take Center Stage in June League Publications

From workforce strategy to immersive learning and award-winning institutional practices, the June 2026 issues of the League for Innovation in the Community College’s publications spotlight how colleges are reimagining student success and community impact across the higher education landscape.
The June issue of Leadership Abstracts examines the growing importance of career pathway design in strengthening regional workforce ecosystems and organizational effectiveness. In “Building Career Pathways to Strengthen Talent Pipelines and Support Organizational Growth,” Elizabeth Appel explores how colleges can align educational experiences with labor market needs while helping students navigate clearer routes to economic mobility and long-term career success.
