New resources are now available from the Certification + Degree (C+D) Pathways project, led by Workcred in partnership with the League for Innovation and the Higher Learning Commission. The partners collaborated with the Community College of Aurora, Delta College, Kirkwood Community College, and Moraine Valley Community College to develop an affordable, scalable approach to align associate degrees with industry needs. C+D Pathways embed industry certifications into associate degree programs, aligning with both student goals and industry needs while preparing students and building a pipeline of skilled workers.
