Conference Hotel

All conference events take place at Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass, 5040 Wild Horse Pass Blvd, Chandler, AZ 85226, in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This resort features several restaurants and lounges. Nearby, find 36 holes of Golf, Aji Spa, Koli Equestrian Center, and Phoenix Premium Outlets. All of this is located less than 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Room, board, transportation, applicable taxes, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass is accepting room reservations at the special conference rate* of $259 per night for Innovations Conference participants and sponsors. This rate will be offered from three days before to three days after the conference dates, based on availability. The Innovations Conference guest room rate includes valet/self-parking, standard high-speed wireless Internet access and local calls, 24-hour fitness center, multiple resort pools, complimentary bottled water, business center access, shuttle transportation (Phoenix Premium Outlets, Aji Spa, and Whirlwind Golf Club), in-room coffee and tea; in-room safe; and luggage storage for up to 12 hours. These amenities are subject to change.

  • Deposit Policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. 
  • Room Tax: All guest room accommodations are subject to the current occupancy tax rate.
  • Cancellation Policy: Any guest rooms canceled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for one (1) night’s room and tax. 
  • Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of one (1) night’s room and tax will be charged if a participant/sponsor checks out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the resort at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

*Guest room rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes, fees, and service fees and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.

CUT-OFF DATE

The cut-off date for accepting reservations at the discounted conference rate is 7:00 PM Eastern Time, February 15, 2027. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability.

WARNING

Help keep conference costs low by booking at the conference hotel. The League pays a penalty when rooms in the pre-negotiated block are not used, and these penalties could result in higher fees for future conferences.

The League has an agreement with the Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass for the conference room rate. Occasionally, travel or housing companies will contact conference participants directly and advise that they officially represent a conference. These companies are IN NO WAY affiliated with the Innovations Conference or the League. The League is not responsible for reservations made with these or similar companies.

Transportation

The closest airport to Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass is Phoenix Sky Harbor International (PHX). PHX is located approximately 14 Miles from the conference hotel.

Visit the airport website to find information about rental cars, ride share, public transportation, taxis, etc. The conference hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.

This frequent shuttle service covers transportation between Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass, Aji Spa, Whirlwind Golf Club, and Phoenix Premium Outlets.

Parking

On-site parking for all Wild Horse Pass attractions and businesses is both free and plentiful.
