All conference events will take place at Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk, 600 East Market Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. Centrally located on the vibrant River Walk, with direct access to the world-famous Alamo, this upscale hotel places you in the heart of downtown San Antonio’s entertainment, cultural, and historic center.

Room, board, transportation, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk is accepting room reservations at discounted rates* of $252 per night (1-2 guests), $277 per night (3 guests), and $302 per night (4 guests) for Innovations Conference participants and sponsors. The special room rates will be offered from three days before to three days after the conference dates, based on availability. Guest room Internet and access to the Hyatt StayFit gym and rooftop pool are included in the discounted rates.

  • Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee required
  • Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to 11:59 PM local time the day of arrival or one night fee/credit card required
*Guest room rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes and fees (currently 16.75% occupancy tax and 1.25% tourism public improvement district), applicable service fees, and/or hotel-specific fees (currently $2.54 state cost recovery fee) in effect at the time of the event.

CUT-OFF DATE

The cut-off date for accepting reservations at the discounted conference rate is February 20, 2025. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability.

WARNING

Help keep conference costs low by booking at the conference hotel. The League pays a penalty when rooms in the pre-negotiated block are not used, and these penalties could result in higher fees for future conferences.

Reservations are to be made online using the custom reservation portal. By booking your room through this portal, Innovations 2025 participants are guaranteed to receive the discounted room rate. There are a limited number of guestrooms available for the rates quoted above.

DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM with companies such as Convention Expo Travel or Convention Housing Services. These companies often contact conference participants directly and advise that they officially represent the conference. These companies are IN NO WAY affiliated with the Innovations Conference or the League. The League is not responsible for reservations made with these companies.

Transportation

San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is nine miles from the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk. Visit the airport website and click on "Ground Transportation" to find information about rental cars, ride share, public transportation, taxis, etc. The conference hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.

Parking

Conference participants receive a 20% discount on the hotel's self-parking rate (currently $47.00, not including taxes; subject to change). Self-parking is in the underground garage. Rates include in-and-out privileges. Please note: The parking garage does not have clearance for oversized vehicles, toppers, or trailers.
