Registration fees provide access to the following: four general sessions; a welcome reception; hundreds of special sessions, forums, roundtable discussions, and poster sessions; the Solutions Center; and a break station. The break station (open 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Sunday-Tuesday and 7:00 AM-12:00 PM Wednesday) will include a variety of fresh pastries, breakfast breads, whole fruit, individual yogurt; a selection of individual sweets, treats, and gourmet snacks; coffees, teas, assorted soft drinks, bottled water, and sparkling water; and a lunch item.

Member colleges* qualify for an additional 20% registration discount when at least five (5) participants from the same member institution are registered in a single transaction.

*League membership must be up to date at the time of registration and the conference itself in order for participants to receive member discounts.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notices must be received by Event Producers via email at Registration cancellations received by February 16, 2024, are eligible for a refund less a $100 administrative fee. Registrants cancelling after February 16, 2024, and conference no shows are liable for the full amount due. Check refunds will be processed after the conference; credit card refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 16, 2024.

Payment Policy

Innovations Conference payment options are as follows: credit card or check. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Check payments are due within 15 days of registration, but no later than February 16, 2024. Participants with an outstanding balance will NOT receive conference materials or be able to attend conference sessions until the balance is paid in full.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are accepted through March 15, 2024. Please email if you wish to substitute a participant. You will need to provide the registration confirmation number of the person you are substituting for as well as written approval from the original registrant. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay for registration or cancel your request. Event Producers will confirm all substitution requests.
