Help keep conference costs low by booking at the conference hotel. The League pays a penalty when rooms in the pre-negotiated block are not used, and these penalties could result in higher fees for future conferences.
Reservations are to be made online using the custom reservation portal. By booking your room through this portal, you are guaranteed to receive the discounted room rate of $199* per night (single/double) for Innovations 2020 participants. This special rate will be offered from three days prior to three days after the conference dates of March 1-4, 2020, subject to room availability at time of reservation. There are a limited number of guestrooms available at the discounted conference rate, which includes complimentary basic wireless Internet in guest rooms and use of the hotel fitness center.
*Not included in the guest room rate is tax at 15.6%, plus a $2.00 tourism fee per room night, and/or hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the event.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid paying a one-night fee.
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the conference block is February 6, 2020. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability.
Innovations 2020 participants must make lodging reservations directly with the Hyatt Regency Seattle. DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM with companies such as Convention Expo Travel or Convention Housing Services. These companies are contacting conference participants directly and advising that they officially represent the conference.
These companies are IN NO WAY affiliated with the Innovations Conference or the League for Innovation. The League for Innovation is not responsible for reservations made with these companies.
