The 2026 Executive Leadership Institute will be held at Tempe Mission Palms. Located in the heart of Tempe, Arizona, this hotel is within walking distance of sporting events; live entertainment; Tempe Town Lake; and over 100 restaurants, nightlife venues, and shops. Metro Light Rail is just steps away from the hotel, allowing for easy access to downtown Phoenix and many area attractions.

Room, board, transportation, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the participant. Tempe Mission Palms is accepting room reservations at the event rate of $239* per night (single/double) for ELI 2026 participants. This special rate will be offered from three days prior to three days after the December 6-9, 2026, institute dates, subject to hotel availability.

*Not included in the guest room rate are state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out.

A mandatory hotel fee of $20 per room per night applies. This fee provides for an enhanced stay for guests and currently includes airport transportation, valet or self-parking, wireless high-speed Internet in guestrooms, in-room coffee service, USA Today, access to fitness center, and local and toll-free telephone calls.

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the conference block is November 13, 2026. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability.

When calling to make your reservation, identify yourself as part of the ELI group to receive the discounted room rate.

The on-site ELI program begins with breakfast at 7:00 AM on Sunday, December 6, and ends at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 9. Plan your arrival and departure times to attend all sessions.

Tempe Mission Palms is less than four miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and right across the street from the Mill Avenue/3rd Street Valley Metro light rail station.

Airport Shuttle

The hotel offers shuttle service, included in the mandatory hotel fee, to/from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM.

To Tempe Mission Palms: When you arrive at baggage claim and have luggage in-hand, call 480-894-1400. The operator will direct you to the proper curb-side location for your terminal and advise you of the estimated pick-up time.
To Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport: The airport shuttle runs on an as-needed basis, leaving every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. Reservations are not required. Please note: The shuttle cannot be pre-scheduled.

Self- and valet parking are included for overnight guests as part of the daily destination fee. For local ELI participants, current parking rates are $3 per hour or $20 per day for self-parking. Parking rates are subject to change.
