Regina Harrison
Biography:
Regina Harrison is an experienced instructional designer and educator with over 20 years in higher education and industry. As an Instructional Designer in Scottsdale Community College's Center for Teaching and Learning, she serves as a key consultant and subject matter expert, guiding faculty and staff in instructional design, course development, technology integration, and evaluation to enhance teaching and learning across modalities. She continues to sharpen her pedagogical expertise as an adjunct faculty member in SCC's Communication Department since 2011, delivering courses in in-person, online, and hybrid formats. Earlier in her career, Regina held leadership positions in learning and development within manufacturing and financial services organizations, where she built corporate training programs, managed teams and budgets, and implemented targeted professional development initiatives. She holds a Master's degree in Speech Communication from San Diego State University, a Bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Phoenix College.
