Biography:
Bio for Emily Clement June 16, 2025 Emily Clement has been at Delta College since 2006 and is currently the Associate Director of Transfer Partnerships. In this role she works with Delta faculty and staff to create and maintain transfer partnerships and agreements with other postsecondary institutions. She has served on several committees, including two years as chair for the Executive Committee for the Administrative or Professional Staff (ECAPS). She was honored to serve three years as Delta?s Grade Ombudsman, as a senator, and as a member of the Student/Senate Liaison committee. In Emily is Delta?s Transfer Liaison for the Michigan Transfer Network, MiTransfer Pathways, MiWorkforce Pathways, Industry Credentials, and other initiatives focused on increasing associate and bachelor?s degree completion among transfer students in the state of Michigan. She also served as campus lead for the Degrees When Due (DWD) adult reengagement project, and the Right Math Right Time (RMRT) initiative. Emily has been involved in the Michigan Association for Collegiate Registrar?s and Admissions Officers (MACRAO) for 19 years and is currently a member of the College Articulation Committee. She previously served as this committee?s chair, co-chair, and secretary. Her involvement with MACRAO includes numerous conference presentations, and participation with the Nominations Committee, the Sustainability Ad Hoc Committee, the Conference Planning Committee, and the Legislative Committee. In 2017, Emily was selected by her peers for the Outstanding A/P Service Award, and in 2025, she was recognized by Delta College for her Transfer Pathways work with the Don Laughner Award for Creative Change. She is also involved in her community, graduating from Leadership Midland in 2015, and Leadership Bay County in 2023.
