Open Door Workforce Equity Initiative

The Lincoln Land Community College Open Door Workforce Equity Initiative (WEI) provides free training opportunities as well as supports and stipends for low-income students, 75 percent of whom must be African Americans from at-risk communities. WEI training programs allow individuals to improve their livelihoods by completing one of 12 academic/certificate programs which lead to employment in high-skill, high-wage, in-demand occupations.
