STLCC Vax Incentive App

St. Louis Community College (STLCC) was looking for a solution to support the Vax to School Program by providing an incentive to fully vaccinated students, faculty, and staff. We were able to create an innovative mobile app which was the most effective, efficient, and secured solution for gathering required vaccine information. The app helped the college roll out the program in five weeks with very minimal administrative support and/or the need for students or employees to contact the helpdesk or student services for support. It also provided users with a self-service mechanism to easily check on their status. The real-time integration saved the college time and money by expediting the time for gathering information, and simplifying the verification process and distribution of incentives. STLCC achieved a high immunization rate among faculty and staff. Overall, 83 percent of employees and 20 percent of students registered for fall 2021 participated in the incentive program.
