Cohort 7: September 10, 2026 - December 3, 2026

Cohort 7 is designed for leaders who are ready to take action during the academic year and begin implementing AI solutions within the current term. Starting shortly after Labor Day, this cohort provides a focused and structured experience that aligns with the rhythm of the fall semester.

Participants will move from understanding AI fundamentals to identifying high-impact opportunities within their institution, and ultimately to designing and piloting a practical AI initiative. The program is intentionally paced to allow for reflection, experimentation, and progress between sessions.

Ask Me Anything sessions are strategically placed to support key moments in the journey—early exploration, project design, and implementation—ensuring participants receive timely guidance and support when they need it most.

By the end of the cohort, participants will have a clearly defined and actionable AI solution that can be implemented, scaled, or further developed within their institution.
