Designing the Digital Front Door for Procurement reimagined how Central Community College delivers essential services by centralizing institutional procurement within the platform employees already use every day. By unifying Ellucian Spending Management and Ellucian Experience, the college removed barriers that slowed purchasing, improved accountability across approval workflows, and significantly reduced processing time. While operational in nature, this innovation strengthened institutional agility, enabling departments to obtain critical resources more efficiently and predictably.
