League AI Fellows Summer Bootcamp
Are you ready to lead the transformation of your institution using AI?
The AI Fellows Summer Bootcamp is an eight-week interactive professional development experience designed for leaders in community and technical colleges who are responsible for advancing AI initiatives. This program provides participants with practical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a collaborative network to support meaningful and responsible AI adoption across their institutions.
Through expert-led sessions, guided project work, and peer collaboration, participants will design and implement a real-world AI initiative tailored to their campus needs.

The AI Fellows Summer Bootcamp is designed for leaders across community and technical colleges, including:

- Senior leaders (presidents, vice presidents, provosts)
- Cross-functional teams working on AI initiatives
Participants should be committed to innovation, collaboration, and building AI capacity across their institutions.
Program Structure
The program includes weekly live sessions, applied learning activities, and ongoing project development. Each session combines expert insights, real-world examples, and practical tools that participants can immediately apply in their institutional context.
Session Schedule
All sessions are held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
- May 14: Getting Started with AI in Higher Education. Explore the current landscape of artificial intelligence in higher education, including key concepts, trends, and opportunities for institutional transformation.
- May 21: AI Tools and Applications for Teaching and Operations. Examine a range of AI tools and platforms that can support teaching, learning, administrative workflows, and student engagement.
- May 28: Identifying Strategic Opportunities for AI Integration. Assess institutional needs and identify high-impact opportunities where AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
- June 4: Designing Your Campus AI Initiative. Develop a clear plan for your AI project, including goals, stakeholders, and implementation strategies.
- June 11: Developing AI-Enabled Solutions. Engage in hands-on work to begin building or piloting your AI initiative using appropriate tools and approaches.
- June 18: Testing, Feedback, and Iteration. Refine your project through feedback, testing, and continuous improvement strategies.
- June 25: Leading AI Implementation and Institutional Change. Explore strategies for leading change, building buy-in, and scaling AI initiatives across your institution.
- July 2: Capstone Presentations and Program Completion. Present your AI project, share key learnings, and engage with peers in a collaborative showcase of innovation.
Capstone Project
Participants will design and implement a practical AI initiative aligned with their institutional goals. Examples include:
- Developing AI-supported student services solutions
- Creating AI-enhanced teaching and learning tools
- Designing workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Building frameworks for campus-wide AI adoption
Projects will be presented during the final session.

Program Cost
- Member Registration Fee: $997 per person
- Nonmember Registration Fee: $1,500 per person

Cancellation Policy. Cancellation notices must be sent via email to buck@league.org. Registration cancellations received by May 4, 2026, are eligible for a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Registration cancellations received after the cancellation deadline are nonrefundable. Credit card refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt; check/purchase order refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Payment Policy. Registration fees must be paid in full in order for registrants to participate. League AI Fellows registration payment may be made by check/purchase order through May 4, 2026; check/purchase order payments must be received by May 11, 2026. Payment may be made by credit card through May 11, 2026. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
