Caitlin Silver Silver Negron
Biography:
Caitlin Silver Negron is a double alum of West Chester University of Pennsylvania (Rams Up!) with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Master of Science in Higher Education Counseling and Student Affairs. After completing her master?s degree, Caitlin returned to Maryland where she grew up and worked at the Community College of Baltimore County as the Civic Engagement Coordinator before transitioning to the role of Basic Needs Coordinator at Anne Arundel Community College. She served in this role for about 4 years and then began working as the Coordinator of Inclusive Excellence at AACC. Caitlin is currently serving as Co-Coordinator of the IMPACT National Conference, overseeing the planning committee and all conference logistics. Outside of professional commitments, she volunteers with Rise to pass legislation to protect survivors of sexual assault and BARCs Dog?s Day Out program which gives shelter dogs a time out through field trips.
