I have worked at LBCC for over 30 years as a counselor and currently serve as the Online Counseling Lead. In this role, I manage the implementation and ongoing use of the ConexED platform in collaboration with the counseling team and IT department. I lead training and onboarding for faculty, staff, and students, and support the strategic use of ConexED to enhance student engagement, cohort management, and drip campaigns. Through coordinated and personalized outreach, I help ensure students receive timely support that promotes success, persistence, and completion.
