Ashley White is a faculty member in the Associate Degree Nursing program at Alvin College, where she focuses on student success through nursing instruction, skills development, and academic remediation. She is actively involved in the development of the college?s RN to BSN program, contributing to curriculum design, program planning, and alignment with academic progression and workforce needs. Ashley serves as the Program Director for the RN to BSN program currently in development, providing leadership in program formation and initiatives that support seamless transitions from associate? to baccalaureate?level nursing education.
