Jennifer Duda is an accomplished strategic communications leader with 20+ years of community and institutional storytelling experience. As the Director of the News Bureau and Community Engagement at College of DuPage, she enhances executive visibility and develops robust communication strategies to further COD?s mission and vision. At the College, Jennifer successfully led efforts to create a digital newsroom, resulting in a more than 60% increase in web traffic to student success story pages, completed a comprehensive social media audit, and developed the institution?s first crisis communication plan. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Loyola University and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Arkansas State University. She holds certifications in Reputation Management, Executive Communication and Advanced Crisis Communication from the Public Relations Society of America.
