She leads initiatives such as the Career Closet, which provides professional work attire, and along with one-on-one sessions, offers weekly drop-in Zoom group sessions to teach essential career readiness skills. Bonnie also oversees the Career Launch workshops, available in both one-day and three-week formats, focusing on building social capital and networking skills for underserved students. With a Master?s degree in Leadership focused on higher education, Bonnie combines career readiness with practical experience, including a career services practicum at UCCS and co-running a business where she mentored numerous employees. She has also worked in the film industry in Beverly Hills, CA as an assistant literary agent and as an industrial film producer in Austin, TX. Passionate about career coaching, Bonnie helps students develop key skills in resume writing, interviewing, networking, and other professional skills, empowering them to confidently navigate their career paths. In her free time, Bonnie enjoys editing family films featuring her husband, her six children and ten grandchildren.
