Biography:
Kate Brindley is an HR professional serving as the Manager of Onboarding and Development at St. Louis Community College (STLCC). In this role, Kate is dedicated to fostering leadership growth and creating meaningful engagement opportunities for employees across the institution. With a strong passion for professional development, she focuses on empowering individuals to thrive within the organization while aligning initiatives with STLCC?s mission and values.
Kate has led several key initiatives at STLCC, including the creation of the Chancellor's Leadership Academy, the implementation of a new employee learning management system, and the restructuring of onboarding processes and programming to enhance the employee experience. She has also played a pivotal role in planning district-wide professional development conferences and is developing a peer-to-peer recognition program to celebrate employee achievements and contributions.
Kate holds a master?s degree in organizational development and a bachelor?s degree in social work, bringing a unique blend of strategic insight and people-centered approaches to talent development. Prior to joining STLCC, she gained valuable experience in non-profit program development, driving impactful initiatives that supported community growth and organizational success.
