Amberdawn Cheatham is the Director of Student Engagement at Anne Arundel Community College. She is a leader in every area of her life but takes most pride in the leadership she provides within her home. In her 17 years of working in student affairs, she always leads with her personal leadership credo in mind "Lead with passion and stay true to your authenticity and transparency . Advocate for necessary change and empower others to help make it." She believes that if only one life is changed as a result of her actions, her efforts are not in vain.
