Andrea Hays, Director of Career & Employment Services, has served CCC in various ways and at multiple campuses, including the Director of Residence Life at CCC-Columbus where she was involved with the planning and establishment of a new residence hall. Andrea moved to CCC-Hastings to serve in student engagement for on and off-campus students prior to her current position. Andrea?s 2024 CCC Career Day connected over 85 employers and 204 students. Andrea provides collegewide leadership support for CCC?s student career services, including a CCC online job board that serves thousands of employers, alumni, and students. Andrea has been an advocate and CCC leader for the statewide InternNE.
