Joanie Guerrero has over 18 years of experience at Central Community College (CCC) and currently serves as the Administrative Assistant for Early College. In this role, she provides essential Early College services to high school students and educators, as well as offers support to college students and staff. Joanie initially joined CCC as a Tech Prep Technician before transitioning to her current role. During her time at CCC, Joanie has built strong collaborative relationships with high school students and educators. Before joining CCC, Ms. Guerrero held various positions working with the public and providing community services, including Legal Administrative Assistant for the City Attorney, Tax Professional Supervisor at two prominent accounting firms, Overhead Door Ordering Assistant at a leading manufacturing company, and Department Manager at a large nationwide retail store. Furthermore, she has completed numerous college courses at CCC and participated in professional development training to enhance her skills to support students and staff of all generations.
