Rina is the lead advisor for the TRIO Student Success Program. She joined the TRIO team at MCC in July 2016. Rina earned her Associate Degree from MCC, then she continued her studies to pursue a Master's program in Higher Education at Merrimack College. Prior to that, Rina worked in the Admissions and Enrollment department at Bunker Hill Community College, and Hospitality & Event Planning at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Bandung, Indonesia. As the first generation student in her family to attend college, Rina is passionate about helping students navigate college and wishes that her students have the most memorable experience by connecting with their advisors, faculty, and peers. Rina has many passions including cooking, swimming, cycling, Jazz singing, and traveling.
