Darrell Jachim-Moore
Biography:
Darrell Jachim-Moore, Associate Vice-President for Administrative Services at Monroe Community College, oversees the college?s operating budget, risk management and insurance programs. He is a seasoned professional with over thirty-five years of managerial/technical practice including twenty-five years of administrative leadership in higher education and ten years in public accounting. He currently serves on MCC?s Institutional Effectiveness and Information Security Steering Committees and as Chair of the Audit and Legal Committee of the New York Community College Business Officers? Association. Mr. Jachim-Moore has presented nationally at the League for Innovation in the Community College, the Society for College and University Planning, and the American Association of Community Colleges and has served as a peer evaluator for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
Mr. Jachim-Moore earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and holds a bachelor?s degree in Business Administration ? Accounting from San Diego State University and a master?s degree in Theological Studies from St. Bernard?s School of Theology and Ministry. He is certified by the Co-Active Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and completed the State University of New York?s Student Success Center Coaching Academy. He is a Certified Maxwell DISC Method Behavioral Analysis Trainer and Consultant.
Dedicated to lifelong personal development, Darrell learned to scuba dive in 2014 and became a certified Scuba instructor in 2019.
