Julie Magadan is a lifetime learner, experienced educator, and instructional designer with over two decades of teaching and learning expertise. Holding a Master of Education in Learning and Instructional Technology from Arizona State University, she has dedicated her career to creating exceptional student learning experiences through faculty professional development opportunities. Currently serving as the Teaching and Learning Director at Phoenix College?s Center for Teaching and Learning, Julie leads initiatives to support faculty in creating engaging, accessible, and high-quality learning experiences across all modalities. Her extensive experience includes instructional design, instructional technology, hybrid/online learning implementation, and leadership in Quality Matters. Julie leads the CTL team to advance professional development and strategic initiatives for Phoenix College.
