Shelley Rinehart serves as the Assistant Vice Chancellor, Instructional and Support Program Efficacy at San Jacinto College. She provides executive leadership across the college to align and streamline programs, funding, and connecting students to resources and employers. Current projects include accelerating efforts between non-credit and credit programs, competency-based education programs, educational pathways for paraprofessionals, and building and connecting industry partnerships and student internships. She has been with San Jacinto College for 23 years and has served in various roles throughout the college.
