Justice System to Careers Initiative

The Justice System to Careers Initiative (JSCI) bridges the gap between justice-involved citizens and access to sustainable, life-changing workforce training and career pathways. Prior to JSCI, returning citizens received disjointed, siloed resources that provided little continuity or strategic support. Via a formal memorandum of understanding among its partners, JSCI has transformed how justice-involved individuals are engaged in workforce development, education, and career placement. JSCI is an ecosystem of support, providing referral-based, hands-on case management to individuals from referral and sentencing to skills assessment, education, and credentialing to job placement and stability.
