Law@Work

Law@Work is an educational resource related to legal education and professional ethics. In each two-minute audio segment, a legal concept is introduced, and an actual case is briefed. Law@Work provides students with free access to important legal concepts, including protections to ensure workplace equality. Valencia College faculty across disciplines are invited to incorporate Law@Work content into their courses where appropriate by embedding it as a LibGuide. It has been made available to community stakeholders and adopted by Florida A&M University's College of Law and the Orange County Free Public Law Library. Within Valencia, Law@Work is currently embedded in several Business Law, Introduction to Business, and Small Business Management courses as a supplemental learning tool. Since its inception in October 2020, Law@Work has generated 5,379 visitor views.
