Paj Ntaub Lee (pronounced Bon Dow Lee) is the Student Support Services TRIO Academic Coordinator at Century College for the federal traditional program. She is known for her advocacy, collaboration, and resourcefulness in supporting her students and colleagues. She strives to foster an environment where students can aim to be successful, learn to assess their own skills and abilities through coaching, and support their resiliency as they overcome each challenge they face during their educational journey. She enjoys working together with her students to develop strategic, realistic, holistic, and meaningful goals to reach their dreams. She equally enjoys working with her colleagues to identify and address service gaps by collaboratively working to find solutions across campus. In addition to being a graduate of St. Olaf College, she is also a proud alumna of their SSS TRIO and TRIO McNair Scholars programs. Paj Ntaub received her Master in Counseling Student Personnel at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
