Sharon Daughtry

 

Biography:
Sharon Daughtry has been an integral part of the HCCC community since 2006, initially joining as an adjunct before transitioning to Lecturer and then to the full-time, tenure-track position as Instructor of Business. Sharon has made significant contributions to HCCC's community and the student body, including mentoring the Business and Accounting Club and the Hudson Scholars Program. She sits on multiple Advisory Boards, including the President's Advisory Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Additionally, Sharon is a Perkins Grant Writer for Business Programs and curriculum developer. Sharon is pursuing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership to complement her academic achievements of a Master of Science in Information Systems, an M.B.A. and a Master of Arts in Wellness and Lifestyle Management, including a Wellness Coaching Certificate. Beyond academia, her passion for education, business, and health shines through as she serves as an educator, advisor, coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator. She aims to empower individuals to take charge of their well-being and pursue personal and professional growth and empowerment. Sharon is dedicated to fostering holistic education, healing, and transformation.
