As an Associate Director of Enrollment, Wajia oversees the front-end operations at Enrollment Services, where she works with her team to ensure smooth operations. Wajia is first-generation college student with more than 10 years of experience in higher education, including management, advising, teaching, and recruitment. She is also experienced in working with diverse student bodies and administration and is passionate about providing inclusive and holistic support services to students to ensure student success. Wajia earned her Bachelor in Psychology, from Rutgers University, her Master in Higher Education from Caldwell University, and her MBA from University of Phoenix.
