Connor Keese is the the Director of Outreach & Student Development at Mission College in Santa Clara, CA where he oversees the college?s outreach & recruitment efforts, dual enrollment initiatives, student clubs & organizations, as well as the basic needs program. Prior to joining Mission College, Connor served in a variety of roles in undergraduate admissions, outreach & recruitment, and residential education in the California State University and University of California systems, private institutions, and non-profits. A passionate advocate for educational access and equity, his work has revolved around removing barriers for minoritized populations and supporting student in their transition to and through their post-secondary educational experience.
