A multi-month cohort for community and technical college leaders who are done with committees that admire the problem. Five expert-led sessions, three executive coaching conversations, and one campus-ready AI initiative.

The Problem: Your institution has AI curiosity everywhere and AI capability nowhere in particular. Boards are asking for a plan. The gap between exploration and implementation is exactly where initiatives stall.

The Transformation: Fellows move from fundamentals to high-impact opportunity identification to a designed, piloted, presented AI initiative aligned to institutional priorities. Coaching sessions are placed at the moments leaders actually get stuck: early exploration, project design, implementation.

Every Fellow receives: Five live monthly sessions, three optional 30-minute executive coaching sessions, guided capstone development, cross-college peer collaboration, curated resources, and a certificate.

Program Experience

Each cohort includes:

  • 5 live monthly sessions (1 hour each) focused on strategy, tools, and implementation 
  • 3 optional coaching, or Ask Me Anything, sessions (30 minutes each) for personalized coaching and real-time support 
  • Guided capstone project development aligned with institutional priorities 
  • Peer collaboration with leaders across colleges and departments 
  • Access to curated resources, tools, and real-world examples
