Hotel

Room, board, transportation, and all other expenses are the responsibility of the participant. The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch is accepting room reservations at a discounted rate of $185* per night (single/double) for ELI 2019 participants. This special rate will be offered from three days prior to three days after the conference dates of December 7-12, 2019, subject to room availability at time of reservation. The following services are included in the room rate: wireless Internet in guest rooms, access to the fitness center, daily USA Today, unlimited calling to local and 800 phone numbers, two-hour bicycle rental, and complimentary self and valet parking. These items are subject to change.

*Not included in the guest room rate are state and local taxes (currently 13.92%) in effect at the time of check-out.

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the conference block is November 11, 2019. Reservation requests received after this date will be accepted at the hotel’s prevailing rate based on availability.
