Caroline W. Canty is the Director of TRIO Programs (SSS) at York Technical College. She has a Ph.D. in educational leadership with an emphasis in higher education from Clemson University. Dr. Canty has worked in higher education for the past 25 years in counseling, multicultural affairs, developmental learning and academic support, and federal TRIO programs, including Upward Bound and Student Support Services.
