POSITION TITLE: Associate Director of Employee & Labor Relations
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Human Resources
STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Associate Director of Employee & Labor Relations is responsible for the management of the collective bargaining agreements and personnel policies at the college. The Associate Director will work closely with college leadership, managers, and union representatives to build collaborative relationships and advance the college's mission, values, and goals. They will be primarily responsible for the oversight of the employee and labor relations, grievance administration, reclassifications and performance management based on regulations, contract compliance, policies and guidelines. In conjunction with the Executive Director and the Human Resources team, the Associate Director will also assist with general HR operations, such as policy/process improvement, equity initiatives, recruitment/hiring/onboarding and training. They will provide exceptional service and continually strive to promote a culture of success and engagement for all employees.
POSITION STATUS: This is a full-time, non-unit position with benefits.
SALARY: Hiring salary $85,000 - $92,000, commensurate with education and experience.
