The pandemic has caused unprecedented turmoil across our nation. Enrollment, which typically increases during recessions, is down. Now more than ever community colleges must play a critical role in providing access and fostering social mobility for students. Yet, in this moment of unprecedented chaos and uncertainty for so many students and their families, early data signals suggest that college completion is at risk for many students. So, how can community college staff and faculty ensure that their students stay on a path toward a bachelor’s degree? Come hear how we can ease the friction for today’s students.
