Leadership Training

The League provides leadership training that addresses the ever-changing conditions and emerging issues facing management professionals within the context of education. Options include providing: (1) senior administrators identified as being future CEOs with practical hands-on training and pairing them with educational leaders from across the nation; (2) mid-level academic managers with seminars that prepare them to compete for and win higher-level decision-making positions; and (3) midlevel women and minority managers with activities that prepare them to move into key decision-making positions.
