Integrated Strategic Information Technology Planning
The League for Innovation has
experienced consultants who can facilitate colleges through a strategic
planning process that addresses the needs of all instructional,
administrative, and student users, examining the full range of available
and possible computing technologies and services.
Our facilitators use a planning process that ensures communication among a
diverse community of campus computer users. The facilitators do not bring
preformulated priorities, vendor bias, or easy answers, but provide
technical and planning assistance for establishing goals, priorities, and
strategies developed by student, faculty, administrative, and staff end
users, thereby building ownership of the plan and support for
implementation. Our consultants facilitate and support the process,
ensuring that decisions and priorities are generated internally.
