Service Offerings

The League provides community colleges with high-value, high-quality solutions to technology planning, strategic planning, leadership training, workforce development, learning centered education, accreditation, and a variety of other issues being dealt with by today's educational leaders. The League has internal expertise and external relationships with established, well-known, and respected educators in these and other areas that are called upon to deliver three main service.

Consulting: The Service Division provides clients with access to the League's vast network of highly skilled and seasoned educators, Corporate Partners, and other experts who can assist in solving specific problems, developing and/or implementing strategic plans, and communicating specific information. The goal of this service is to ensure that clients receive options that best fit their needs and capabilities.

Leadership Training: The League provides leadership training that addresses the ever-changing conditions and emerging issues facing management professionals within the context of education. Options include providing: (1) senior administrators identified as being future CEOs with practical hands-on training and pairing them with educational leaders from across the nation; (2) mid-level academic managers with seminars that prepare them to compete for and win higher-level decision-making positions; and (3) midlevel women and minority managers with activities that prepare them to move into key decision-making positions.

Speaker Bureau: Via the speaker bureau, the League makes booking speakers easy and practical by providing access to some of the most influential and knowledgeable leaders working in higher education today. Drawing again on its broad network of resources, the League can provide speakers who can deliver meaningful messages on a wide range of issues and audiences for convocations, conferences, lectures, and workshops.
