You've heard it said a picture is worth a thousand words? Well, any faculty member can effectively use digital images to enhance their teaching to make the subject come alive for students. With digital imaging so readily available and the prices so reasonable, anybody can do it! The workshop facilitator demonstrates examples of using digital images participants and their students can take and use in the classroom for a variety of subjects. Also introduced are programs like Adobe Photoshop Elements and several free programs like Picasa, Flickr, and others.
