Accreditation Management
for
Recognition and Renewal
Need to get accredited or renew accreditation? Let a League consultant
assist and guide you! Colleges today are frequently undergoing
accreditation reviews by a variety of associations and organizations. It
is a common complaint of administrators, faculty, staff, and trustees that
too much time, money, and organizational resources are spent on achieving
and maintaining accreditation.
League Services can provide an innovative and valuable management
perspective to guide colleges on managing internal revitalization and public
respect by leveraging the accreditation process. This consultancy shows how
management of academic accreditation through effective planning and
implementation can benefit your college.
First, an assessment of accreditation needs at your institution is conducted
by an expert who will meet with all stakeholders, including community
members. Next, the management functions that are effectively being applied
to accreditation oversight and implementation will be developed and
organized into a taxonomy of elements such as controlling, operating,
reporting, and budgeting, along with higher issues of planning, organizing,
staffing, and developing accreditation strategies. This classification of
accreditation tools, concepts, approaches, and methods is a valuable and
creative perspective for your college to use for accreditation and offers
practical guidance to both accreditation newcomers and experienced
practitioners.
