Register Now for the CCTI Summit in March 2008
Patricia Stanley, the Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Vocational and Adult Education, U.S. Department of Education, will be joining us for the College and Career Transitions Initiative Summit in Denver, Colorado, March 1 and 2, 2008. You won’t want to miss Stanley’s update to community colleges on what’s new from Washington.
Along with other exciting speakers, Dick Hinckley, President and CEO of the Center for Occupational Research and Development, will bring you information on the new STEM Curriculum Project for community colleges. The Summit program and registration information are available at http://www.league.org/ccti.
You don’t have to be a CCTI member to attend the Summit, but if you’re interested in successful college and career transitions, now’s the time to join. There is no cost to join; all you need is an interest in career pathways, reducing remediation, and related issues. Just go to http://www.league.org/ccti/networkapplication.
